& 2 Rounds: 10 Body rows, 10 Good Mornings, 10 Ring Rows, 5 chin up Negatives, 20 Jumping Jacks

Movement Lesson: Pushup, Air Squat + Front Squat (Goblet/Medball)

Skill: Burpee

Conditioning:

Friends and Family: AMRAP 6 to 8 Minutes

9 Air Squats
